Rey Velasquez is a martial artist and instructor at Instituto Progreso Educativo V.E.L.A. with a passion for training, discipline, and helping other students develop their martial arts abilities.
Rey strives to lead by example and encourages students to develop strength, confidence, respect, self-control, and determination. He enjoys helping younger students learn proper techniques while understanding that martial arts is about much more than physical ability—it is also about developing strong character and becoming a responsible leader.
